Terms of Service

1. The service

igjobs.co connects Instagram creators and brands ("employers") with freelance talent. We provide the marketplace — profiles, job posts, messaging, and collaboration verification. We are not a party to any work agreement between talent and employers.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. One person per account. You must be at least 16 and legally able to work in your jurisdiction.

3. Truthfulness & verification

Claiming work you didn't do, confirming collaborations for accounts you don't control, or submitting fabricated verification evidence is grounds for immediate removal. The "Verified" badge reflects evidence reviewed in good faith; it is not a guarantee.

4. Content

You keep the rights to content you post and grant us a license to display it on the platform. Only link Instagram content you are entitled to showcase. No illegal, deceptive, or infringing content.

5. Fees

Talent uses igjobs.co free of charge. Employer features may be paid; prices are shown before purchase. During the free launch phase, paid features are provided at no cost and may change with notice.

6. Acceptable use

No scraping, spam, harassment, or attempts to circumvent security or verification. We rate-limit and may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for the conduct of other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
